Refund Policy

1. Free tier

No payment, no refund applicable.

2. Paid tracks (₹999–₹14,999)

• Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase AND less than 20% of course content has been accessed.
• No refund once a certificate has been issued for that track.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.

3. School bulk enrollments

Refunds for school-purchased seats are handled per the school's enrollment agreement; contact your account coordinator.

4. How to request

Email support@waves4youth.in with your registered email and order ID. We'll confirm eligibility within 2 business days.

5. Non-refundable items

One-time downloadable resources (e.g., asset packs) are non-refundable once downloaded.
