W4Y is intended for students, parents/guardians, and partner schools. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to enrollment.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. School-issued accounts remain the property of the enrolling school for administrative and progress-tracking purposes.
All course content, videos, mentor personas, and curriculum materials are owned by Waves4Youth or licensed to us. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish course materials.
Course fees are listed in INR at the time of purchase. Access to paid tracks is granted upon successful payment verification. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
Content you upload (projects, portfolios) remains your intellectual property. By submitting it to the Student Showcase, you grant W4Y a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform and in promotional materials, unless you opt out.
Users may not upload harmful, infringing, or inappropriate content, or misuse AI mentor chat features for purposes unrelated to learning.
W4Y provides educational content "as is." We do not guarantee specific career or income outcomes from course completion.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
